Angelica has two years of experience providing mental health therapy. Throughout her career, she has worked utilizing several aspects of mental health. These settings include psychiatric hospitals, community organizations, and private practice. Angelica currently works with individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults. Her therapeutic expertise include anxiety and depression management, relationships and family dynamics, and boundaries. She is excited to provide the best possible mental health treatments and support to clients during their therapeutic journey.

Angelica's therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Strength Perspective.
